The shoulder angel and devil are making their case to the jester, and it seems the devil is bombing. Room is left in the design for text above , and text obscuring extraneous costume details on the upper arms and hips. The face paint design is, in case it doesn't read quick enough to your eye, a four petaled white flower with leaves for eyebrows.
