This is a gorgeous image. I love the reliance on a single colour to deliver everything.
There's something very delicious about the angle of the hill (great composition) and the flawlessness of the wriggly tree trunks behind it.
I like the way the foreground is solid pattern -- I really like that kind of effect (not having any particular focal point with pattern).
The framing tree trunks at left and right are nicely eccentric, adding movement.
The light is soft, giving a gentle and relaxing feel.
Everything about this is extremely harmonious and it's a pleasure to look at it. The eye is drawn across the leaves to the background and up the slope of the hill
Because I know you sometimes use manipulation I did try to see if I could see anything -- the whole seems to be so balanced and natural that it would never have occurred to me normally, but it's conceivable that there could be a join between foreground and background. If so, it's wonderfully clever -- the light matches perfectly and in fact the best thing about this picture is the relationship between foreground and background, so whether you observed or created it, it is fantastic.
