I don't really have much of a backstory for this one since I don't play Street Fighter. Rashid is strapped onto a chair in which he'll spend the next 8 hours tickle tortured. Mechanical gloves and tentacles come out to tickle his upper body, along with electric toothbrushes to entertain his nipples for good measure
. Meanwhile his legs are trapped in tubes where his feet are mercilessly attacked by a number of devices as they entertain his ticklish soles. As his mind is on it's breaking point he prays that the torture is nearly finished, unlucky for him he still has hours of torture remaining if the timer is anything to go off of.I recently saw people talking about Rashid as a potential ticklee on this Discord server I was a part of and after looking him up he seemed perfect as my next victim.
