I really like that first panel here. Opens up the horizon.
Oh and i hope everyone's okay with "TAP" as the designated sound for footsteps, cause i don't think i can come up with a better one XDD
As for the feral patients, i wanted to have them in this round, but i thought them arriving later would make things more interesting, so patience.

That last panel just screams "Fucked up Christmas story" to me. The Ripper's expression just goes amazingly with his inner monologue.
