What do you mean? The naive and curious aspect, or the "basically Bart Simpson written badly" aspect?

About that badly B.Simpson thing again?
Blast is a doppelganger from plenty of characters. So are you calling him a rip off of Bart Simpson?

Bakugo, Woody Woodpecker, Sonic the Hedgehog.
And no, everyone on Earth seems to think Blast Man is a "ripoff" of Mr. Bakugo here.

You forgot Philly the Kid, from Cannon Busters.
Why, cause of the thing about being either mistaken or considered a black guy thing. Possibly mostly Philly, then Blast. They both still lack the facial features like their noses having no lips, however the tan/light brown skin. Blast hair also might be like Philly's, with is a spiky, straight afro. I,'ve seen it before. I've seen. Also they both made the same menace like expression. So their both seem more like multiracial to me. Or should I say Philly's parents are.

Also back in the early days when that manga " Cannon Busters " first came out, Philly looked more like a big man with a gun and skin seemed a little lighter. Now, he's looks like a swoony punk, but at least he's still toned and ripped.

Sorry, for the misspelling for scrawny when I was talking about Philly the Kid.
