the movie been canned because of the flop that was the Ratchet & Clank movie. it was announced that Sony has chosen to have A Sly Cooper animated TV series be made Technicolor Animation Productions, the same studio behind the Sonic Boom TV show. if you think about it sly cooper work with each episode having a villain of the week. even then that is only gives one season wuther of content do to slys rouges gallery only having 23 villains. so they would have to use idea from what is planed to be used in sly 5.
