I like the bigger toolbox that come with writing sci-fi/fantasy.
For example, one of my characters is a telepath, which allows me to tell a story from everyone's viewpoint.
It can be tricky keeping track of it all, but if it was easy anyone could do it.

Exactly! My MC is a telepath and can see auras. She has trouble deciphering them sometimes, but she can usually gage how anyone is feeling. And her telepathy is more that she hears thoughts like whispers if she isn't shielding
