yes youre write. But Light from Death Note is also very difirent - OK mostly becorse he play that personality, but nevertheless he hase much difeint sice. But I dont like him, noone hav the right to kill someone!

not to mention the way Light did it was rather corwardly ((Lucy for the most part killed face to face and a lot of her victoms were guards trying to keep her in a lab or soliders trying to recapture her so with Lucy it was mostly self defense or avenging her puppy))

I ment later in the canon timeline it's mostly guards and self defense ((That girl on the bridge I think she said that she couldnt control her vecters for a short time))
as for the festival if you remember one of them shoved her down and basically teased her in a simmular way that those bullys did ((insulting her for being different etc etc)) besides all of that could of been avoided of Kouta was more honest actually ((eather that or take her to the festival... at the time Lucy was in a fragile place emotionally as she felt the sting of betrayal and felt a deep love for Kouta only to notice a preceaved betrayal as at the time Lucy thought he dumped her... so of course she had a mental breakdown of sorts))
as for the families that was for survival ((Otherwise she would of starved and died))

as for what you claimed about Lucy... she kills face to face, on the field, and can actually get hurt if someone shoots at her from a direction she's not looking ((examples of this are during her escape when she took an anti tank round to the head and after the Nana fight where a sniper round almost shot her in the head again)) with Light he just hides in a safe place, passes judgement on those who pose no direct threatto him ((The criminals)) or the innocent ((The cops)) and kills them in the confort of his home...there IS a difference
I would say it would be better if he did it face to face yes... not to mention Lucy never claimed to be a god nor did she claim to be justice like Light does frequently...

I dont know if I have understood it correctly (I have much problems with the translation in that part of youre text). you mean that it isent write from lucy to kill them, but the people get wot they well-deserved? I dont think it was the thoughts of Lucy as it wasnt the blue mostly blank background... besides in the anime the "Thoughtsverse" only showed up after Lucy killed them all... eather way though smile or no smile she DID say that the bullies would hurt the puppy in a scene earlier then proceeded to tell them about it... then claimed that she didnt know they would do that even though she herself said they would. that combined with the smile leads me to think she did it on purpose...
and let's not forget that Light didnt go through any of the hellish childhood that Lucy went through yet get's a high and mighty attitude as son as a black notebook gets into his hands... it isnt even his power that he uses and claims to be a god it's that of Ryuk's notebook.
and I wouldnt call Lucy racist actually... if she was Kouta, Mayu, and Yuka would all be dead... I'd think that due to her mostly killing guards and soliders that were after her that would mean most of her kills are self defense... the few she kills outside of those two groups each have their own reason ((usually a form of revenge or survival))

Light in the anime basically started because he was board... none of his victoms did anything to harm him... most of the criminals were paying their debt to society ((Most killings happened while they were in jail)) not to mention he started killing innocents and STILL claimed to be justice...
but the fact that in DN people started to worship Kira just proves Lucy's point... humans are generally worthless...
with Lucy shehad more direct reasons with each and ever kill that she didnt come up with excuses for like Light did... not to mention a lot of the killings still haunt her ((Like the killing of Kanae and Kouta's father)) the regret also shows that Lucy's on a higher level then Light...
