Background
When Anzio first started Sensha-Do, they were well funded and had a fleet of formidable tanks. While they primarily used the M13/40s to make up the bulk of their fleet, with their Semovente tanks and CV.33 CCs acting as scouts and Tank Destroyers, they also possessed a Celere Sahariano Medium Tank to act as a high speed hit and run tank. Anzio's use of this fast medium tanks made them infamous. The short height of the tank and high speeds made it an excellent ambusher, and many a match was won by Anzio's successful ambush tactics. This changed somewhat when St. Gloriana adopted the Crusader tanks as a high speed attacker, taking Anzio by surprise in their premiere match (St. Gloriana hadn't deployed the Crusaders until this point) and knocking out the surprised Sahariano, eventually costing Anzio the match. Other schools started introducing fast tanks as well such as Pravda introducing the BT-5 and BT-7, Saunders introducing Stewart Tanks, Kuromorimine deploying Panzer IIs, and so on. With their edge gone, and repeated budget cuts, Anzio sadly had to mothball the Sahariano as they were ill funded to repair and field them.

Interestingly, Rosehip of St. Gloriana briefly considered transferring to Anzio provided they could repair their Saharaino. Anzio couldn't pull it off though as they were trying to save money for the P40 at the time so Rosehip remained with St. Gloriana. Anzio however has periodically tempted Rosehip by sending her pictures of the Saharaino decked out in St. Gloriana blue but with the Anzio insignia on it.
