Description This is one of the reoccurring characters from my Star Wars Fanfiction series: Star Wars: The Shadow Wars. The series is currently between "Seasons."

Note: The information below is from my own universe which is a blend of old and new canon and it not to be considered canon in any other universe but mine. I don't really need to mention whether or not this character is Canon, do I?

"One of the last things I ever said to Obi-Wan was arguably the most horrible thing I could ever have said. One of my greatest regrets is that I will never get to tell him, you are my brother. One day, when I become One with the Force, I'll have my chance." - Anakin Skywalker regarding Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, a hero of the Clone Wars and the Jedi Master who introduced Luke to the ways of the Force. Obi-Wan Kenobi died at the hands of his former pupil, Anakin Skywalker, on the Death Star, allowing Anakin's son to escape the battlestation.

Following his death, Obi-Wan appeared to Luke on several occasions, helping to guide the young Skywalker down the path of the Jedi. He also regularly spoke with Jedi Knight and Rebellion Leader Galen Marek, encouraging him and helping him tutor Luke. When Anakin Skywalker returned, turning away from the Dark Side at the Battle of Endor, Anakin felt the presence of his former Master through the Force and, during the victory celebration on Endor, met with Obi-Wan who expressed how proud he was to have Anakin back.

Anakin regularly communes with Obi-Wan's Spirit, seeking guidance on various matters. Even in death, Obi-Wan believes Anakin is still the Chosen One. Although Anakin has apologized to Obi-Wan for everything in his past, including killing him, Obi-Wan has forgiven him unconditionally.

Obi-Wan's alias of Ben Kenobi was chosen as the namesake for Luke Skywalker's son, Ben Skywalker. Luke has claimed to have felt Kenobi's presence on occasion whenever he's near Ben, suspecting that the old Jedi Master is watching over his namesake, although Obi-Wan hasn't appeared to Luke in spirit for nearly two decades by 28 ABY.
