LEMME EXPLAIN HIS BODY PARTS

The covered areas of his arm and leg covers wires and what connects all of the limb together. The marbles shown as his elbow, wrist, ankle, and knee are what makes him free to move. There is another located as his shoulder, it’s just hidden behind a protective metal plate, since that is where the arm can be easily dislocated from his body. The leg is the hardest to remove, seams being sewn into his lower body. If he wanted to remove the leg, he would remove the seams, which at this point do no hurt like they used to. His claw is built a lot like how 2′s hands were built (it’s symbolism see if y’all can figure it out) and the rest of his lower arm is made of rust metal strips, easy to move and are hard to bend or break.

ALRIGHT now lemme explain why he's saying "Welcome home"- BECAUSE that song is actually a very good villain song for him don't @ me. If you direct the lyrics at 9, we got a pretty good villain song for 5~!

Also also, bottom right is just him being a Joker knock off. "You and me, we're made for each other" and "We are two of a kind" - Joker.
