Thanks, id say the majority of it was natural patina. The front end and was the roughest part of the bus so was fixed up and made to match the rest (hence a little cleaner) but all the sides, doors, roof etc was original paint from '56.

Nice rat rod! There is some rust on it but I get the feeling some of the red is primer. Still, love the worm look. Hope it's natural.

I love the texture of the whole pic, the walls in the background, and the car, it looks grungy and dirty.
The VW Bus looks like a jeans (the texture of it).

Yeah, to bad it isnt in as good of condition yours. it runs and there some good origanal stuff on it but alot of rust holes. some hippie a long time ago put denim interior on the ceiling of it, and theres a vw symbol on the sun roof, its cool... i like the look on yours, with the faded signs and "sunburns"
