Maria Renard, a main protagonist of the Castlevania franchise, uses Materia from the Final Fantasy franchise.

My favourite Castlevania character. While Maria is technically not a magic caster as she is more of a summoner that is connected to the Four Holy Beasts of China, summoning has always been treated as something magical in Final Fantasy that I think it still qualifies though it can just be that she can now use this type of magic along with her summoning at the same time. Either way, she now has Materia.
