What if Yamcha, a minor supporting character of the Dragon Ball franchise, was in Street Fighter?

It is very clear that in at least the main canon, Yamcha is still probably the weakest Z-Fighter that can actually physically fight (though I believe he had retired) but what if he was in another world that is kinda similar to Dragon Ball but no where as powerful as it, will Yamcha fare just as poorly or will he have another chance at greatness? His story is relatively the same in the beginning though with no characters replacing the originals (either with existing SF characters or simply brand new characters overall) until he reaches his first tournament (that being a World Fighting Championship rather than the Tenkaichi Budokai).

How would he involve himself in the verse?
Would he affect any major events in the verse?
How would he react to the cast of the verse?
How would the SF cast react to him?
How would he fare in this tourament?
