Description And yet another one I did for the presentation about MI.

This is Thomas Armstrong, who was amongst the first to apply the MI theory to school education.

Oh, I didn't know it looked so clean. Thank you for bringing that out and for the favourite and comment.

You're welcome!
Must be because I'm trying to improve my own lines, I can't help but look at how other people do theirs!

Stop it, you're making me shy.....   (ooooohohohohohoh, keep on keep on, I LOVE compliments!   )

But, ahem, yeah, I'm not that perfect either with the lines. But I admit, I did take private lessons for a while, so I owe it a lot to my teacher too and anyone who in any way contributed to my drawing, even if it was just posing as my drawing objects. Sometimes just sitting still can be a big help.

I've had some drawing lessons in 'highschool' (dutch equivalent). Although it was more about the steps of going from an idea to an artwork there were plenty of classes about materials/painting and colours and such.
Any help in the learning process is always appreciated, I've just recently started watching video tutorials, but have browsed DA's tutorial section many times

Speaking of it, I never got into video tutorials, but I did read quite a few books. That's my favourite literature besides fiction, poetry and, of course, comics.

I didn;t either, but they're quite fun if you're just lazing around,
For me they work best if I keep my sketchbook and pencil close and then scribble along

I love those books! I have lots of fantasy and other fiction stuff I still need to read
Also art tutorial books, I use those when I either for learning, when I have no inspiration to draw, or am looking to draw something completely different.
