In 'Luna Eclipsed' She (or the wikia state that is she) was showed dresses as Dracula but as an earth pony (the wikia say that is an specie error in aniomation)

Hmm, no idea if this was an animation error or not, since the show likes to reuse designs of background ponies.
If in doubt, it was probably a changeling.
