The best way is to use like a T bar and using the larger part of the T (upper part) in the bottom of your clay charm. I don't know it it's clear lol but you can find these T bar in mostly all craft stores. When my pieces are too small or too long for using this kind of bar, I use Super Strong Glue to fix the eyepin and it works very well. Hope it helps!
