Lugia was carrying Ditto on a low flying height...DITTO: Oh, c'mon! That's all u got? Fly higher!!
Lugia said nothing, he suddenly stretched his wings and darted into the golden sky with Ditto shouted "WOOHOO!!!", then he slowly rode the clouds.
LUGIA: Satisfied?
DITTO: YEAH! That's what I'm talking about!!

U know, I wouldn't call this guy Ditto, cause he's kind of a... Ditto Junior, I think. And I've added irises to him, made him look even cuter!
And this is my first time drawing Lugia, so I had trouble drawing those spikes or spines on his back and his wings (look weird, right?
).The background, it's hand-make!!
~ 4 hours, Photoshop + Mitsumi mouse.

The background was made like my old deviation "In the rain"'s style!
But I still think the spikes (on Lugia's back) and the wings are really really weird...
BTW, I think the background looks good when u look at the pic from a distance!
