Locust had traveled so far. Some days it felt as though he had never had a home, not truly. Traveling was in his bones, in his genetics. His father and mother had wandered with a caravan of others, but Locust was content to travel alone. Urus, he had long thought, was likely to provide a place to rest his weary body...even if it was temporary.
