The day started off as usual, with Ben and Gwen bumping heads pretty early into the day. Ben had decided it'd be a good idea to prank Gwen which heightened the tension between them a little more than usual. Throughout the day, they went back and forth arguing. Before dawn, Grandpa Max had informed the two that he'd be going out into the wilderness to look for materials and that there was a good chance he'd be gone all night. This was the perfect opportunity for Gwen. She knew there was an easy setup boxing ring somewhere in the RV, as well as some boxing gloves. She'd take this chance to teach Ben a little lesson in manners, he's been annoying all day.

She set up the boxing ring outside of the RV, and went back inside with some boxing gloves and threw them at Ben, who had been busy playing a video game after a tiresome day of bickering with his cousin.

Ben: "Uh, what is this?"

Gwen: "What does it look like dweeb? They're boxing gloves. Put em' on and come outside. I'm gonna show you a thing or two about MANNERS after that stupid little prank you pulled earlier.

Ben: "Are you serious!? I'm not gonna fight you, you're a girl! Why don't you go play with your magic books or something?"

Gwen: "I'll use my magic to turn you into a frog if you don't put them on and come outside right now!"

Ben: "Fine. Whatever dweeb."

Gwen waited for her doofus cousin as stood outside the ring putting the gloves on. He climbed into the ring and met her eye-to-eye.

Gwen: "The rules are simple. 3 minute rounds, no hitting below the belt, and win by knockout ONLY!"

Ben: "Knockout!? Are you crazy?"

Gwen: "Yes! Knockout! Tonight you're gonna find out who it feels to get knocked out by a girl! Now put em' up!"

Gwen put her guard up, and Ben did the same. "DING DING!" Gwen said loudly, indicating the start of the match. Ben stared at her. He knew that she was a more experienced fighter than he was. And Gwen knew that without the help of the omnitrix, she could take Ben down with no problem. Now that he knows she's literally trying to knock him unconscious, he was hesitant on making the first move. 5 seconds passed as they stared at each other intensely before Ben finally threw the first punch.

Ben hit her in the face with a quick left that knocked her head to the side. He was surprised it'd even landed. A dazed look came over Gwen's face and she began to fall backwards, muttering an "...Uhhh..." sound. She hit the canvas and her legs flew into the air upon impact. "Oops..." Ben said quietly. He looked down at her, expecting her to get up fairly quickly, but aside from her soft breathing, she hadn't move an inch.

Ben: "Woah! I just knocked out Gwen! With one punch!"

When he hit her, he knew immediately that she was going down but didn't know she was "OUT." Ben was excited. He'd knocked his annoying cousin out cold. And on top of that, she was a much more experienced fighter. Part of him felt bad, but another part felt that she had it coming. She did challenge him after all! He figured she'd get back up pretty soon and didn't wanna be around when she did so he decided to call it a night, leaving her in the boxing ring.
