Yep, that is scary.
I could imagine a haunted house with that face comin out of the wall at me.
I remember a website where you could buy this horror prop that was designed to be made part of a wall. It was a sheet of latex in a frame or something... The result, once painted and placed into a wall, is a living wall! (Although, the website said that they'd had a few people who used this in their halloween 'haunted houses' get punched by the people that were walking past at the time. I mean, damn, why wouldn't you punch a scary-ass face protruding from the wall...)
