Palatul Culturii din Iasi. The Palace of Culture from my home town of Iasi, Moldavia, Romania.
It was inaugurated in 1926 by king Ferdinand of Romania. It is build in neghotical style after the plans of arhitect I.D. Berindei helped by other two arhitects: Xenopol and Cherchez. It took 20 years to build.
A fire at the end of of XIX-th century distroyed the original palace and at the begining of the next century the decision was made to build the palace that exists today.
