This is a very nice portrait! It is is great that we can read the models' attitude from the photo, and sometimes it can be hard to capture. I like the pose and the light.
However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. First, white letters on his shirt are quite distracting, I think it would look better if the whole shirt is black. Also, a minor distraction is that one long hair to the left, you can clone that out. And third, you can try to lighten up the left part of his face (right on the image), just to bring it up a bit.
Other than those minor things, great portrait, and keep it up! I hope this helps, and if you have any questions feel free to ask!
