Description I promised more photos from my trip to Venice last summer. I finally got to look a bit more into some of them - and chose to start out with a little collection of photos from the awesome island of Burano!

This island used to be a small fisherman's society, where they for some reason painted all their houses in all these amazing colors - it's a paradise for a photographer! I could walk around there in several days, just snapping away at least ten times per minute. Unfortunately, I was there with other people (non-photographers I may say!), and I guess it would have been a little evil to them to keep them there for the rest of the holidays!

One more shot of all the wonderful clothing hanging all over the streets! I like that even though some of the houses are damaged (like the one on the left), it still looks wonderful because of all the colors

Looks very old school *.* We don't have anything like that here in the States...well....not that I've ever seen *.* But, if you go out to New England in the East coast, they still have buildings that were build in the 1700s.
