Hello! this is my Nico B Persona 5 contest submission.
So when I started making this, I found that most of the "Thief" type of people have been taken by the other persona 5 phantom thieves characters. So, I decided to combine Nico's Frosty attitude and general love of picky penguins.

Code-name: "Frost" He's an icy smooth phantom thief that swings a big old doom hammer. Burnie(Bernie?) the Dog is also his faithful companion and helps him on his frosty heists.

So anyway, This is my submission. I don't think it is too late. I tried to keep it more towards my art style and wanted to make something a bit different for the contest. I'm not much of an anime artist, and instead lean towards an illustrative style. Everything is completely original and very, very frosty.
