Meet Phaedra, another of the Three Muses of Music....

In the film, on the scene where Melody tells her backstory, she said that "everytime a new song is sung everywhere in the world, a diamond appears on the walls..." She also said that she lived with Dori, Phaedra (the picture above), and Lydia, the original Three Muses of Music....
Melody said that Phaedra herself, Dori and Lydia had taken care of the beloved Diamond Castle, and she studied as their apprentice...
Melody also stated that the Muses were good friends at first, however, Lydia wanted to be the one and only Muse...
Melody referred that Dori and Phaedra had believed that music is for everyone, but Lydia became infuriated, and she vowed to get the Diamond Castle all to herself....

Melody has said that Lydia has found an ancient cave, which was filled with magic, and she transforms her flute into an instrument of powerful dark magic...
With her new power and her new minion, Slyder, Lydia returned for the Diamond Castle to spread her darkness everywhere...

But luckily, Phaedra has heard about Lydia's return for the Diamond Castle, so she and Dori hid their musical instruments along with the castle to keep it safe from Lydia, and entrusts the key to Melody, in case anything happens to her and the other Muse, Dori....
In that evening, she and Dori went to meet up with Lydia and tried to reason with her, unfortunately, she turned the two Muses, along with their pegasi into stone statues.....

At the the film, when Liana, Alexa and Melody began to sing and play the Muses' instruments (Liana plays Dori's lyre and Alexa plays Phaedra's bouzouki), which harmonizes their singing, deflects Lydia power on her flute right back at her and Slyder, which turned the evil muse and her flying serpent minion in to stone statues, like she did with Dori and Phaedra long with their pegasi....
As the spell breaks, Dori and Phaedra were free from having been trapped in Lydia's lair as stone statues, and all the people hypnotized were back to normal....

As Phaedra returns to the Diamond Castle, she and Dori reunited with their apprentice Melody, and crowned Liana and Alexa as Princesses of Music, and Phaedra tells Melody that she was no longer an apprentice, but a true muse as she gave Lydia's flute to Melody....
Dori said that Melody had proven her worth, and that she will now replace Lydia as the third Muse, as she gestures to the new Muse's place, right beside Phaedra....
She and Dori even gave Ian and Jeremy two guitars, and she and Dori give Liana and Alexa some flower seeds with diamonds in them, which grow in to beautiful blossoms....
Phaedra is seen playing her bouzouki happily, as she, Dori and Melody watch Liana, Jeremy, Alexa and Ian dance....
