One again more from Ross Snyder Jr's HEROES & VILLAINS OF MISKATONIC CITY comes the next villain in the series...or is he a villain?

"Luthor Von Strauss was a megalomanical mad scientist in the late 1930s to the 1940s, an enemy of the WW II superhero U.S. Patriot, he constructed robots of various size from his secret lair, using his "advanced" radio controls to manipulate his creations from a safe distance. At the end of WW II, he would face off, and team up with his old enemy for the final time. The old man that was Luthor Von Strauss would die, not at the hands of his adversary or even as a villain, but a heroic sacrifice to stop some home grown Nazis from destroying Miskatonic City. While the mad scientist may have died, Robot Master was reborn 70 years later. Seeing the world that he has always wanted, one governed by science & technology, but still a place of chaos both disheartened him and inspired him. He now works from his lair, wanting to conquer the world so that he may save it from tearing itself apart!"

I will also be doing a follow up image of him from back in the 1930s-40s.
