"My, what big eyes you have." the young girl said as she stared up at the tall heroine.

"The better to see you with my dear." Molly replied.

"What big ears you have." the young girl continued.

"The better to hear you with." Molly said, brushing her hair back to show her the pointed ear.

"What big teeth you have..." the girl said.

"The better to...eat you with!" Molly replied, showing her fangs before playfully trying to bite the little girl, who yelped in surprise. "Don't worry...I'm a vegetarian..." Molly continued as she gave a wink while the young girl laughed.

"What big muscles you have!"

"The better to lift you with my dear!" Molly said, scooping the girl in her arm and holding her up in one arm while flexing an impressive bicep on the other.

"Whoa."

"I figured you'd be used to that after seeing Honey Bee and her friends showing off." Molly laughed. She had planned on leaving New York City after Marc's trail had gone cold. But Kayla insisted she stay for a couple days so Emily could show her around and Molly could perform for the local children. Molly had shown off her werewolf abilities before reinacting the scene from Little Red Riding Hood with a fairly precocious girl.

"So, can you lift that?" the girl asked, pointing to the school bus.

"Oh no...maybe if it was a full moon, I could give it a realistic shot. But let's save that for the Bee Team. But if there's a small car", I can do that."

"Wolves seem kind of scary."

"Really?"

"Uh huh..."

"Did you know wolves and dogs are from the same family?"

"Really?"

"Yep! And all we really want is to be loved...and occassionally skritches...do you think you can do that?"

Molly brushed back some of her hair and the girl scratched her behind the ears. Molly started tapping her right foot, making the stilletto heeled boot click against the floor rapidly before letting out a long, happy howl which made the girl laugh again.

"See, nothing to be afraid of."

A portal opened up in the large auditorium where the show was taking place, stepping out was the purple clad magic wielder Maya Mystic.

"Sorry to interrupt Mol, but we have intel from Jules and Ashe that Mark was spotted in Montreal this morning."

Molly put the girl down and went down to a knee to meet her gaze.

"Sorry sweetie, duty calls. But I'll be back and we can hang out more, deal?" Molly said, extending a pinky finger to her.

"Deal!" she replied as their fingers intertwined creating an unbreakable promise before giving the muscular redhead a big hug.

"Ok Maya, lets go" Molly said as the two super ladies entered the magic portal.

A follow up to this story, where Molly visited NYC. Or course, a visit to the Big Apple isn't complete without a tour, a meal at the Bee Hive, and showing off the muscles.
