Remember when I drew Party Phil back for the new year in 2020? When I first saw him, I thought he was the species of the character you are seeing right now. If you have played Wii Music before, or you've been watching too much ScottTheWoz, you know exactly who I'm talking about: Sebastian Tute!

Sebastian is the "host" of Wii Music and a musical maestro, he shows players how to air-guitar with their Wii Remotes and Nunchucks, and apparently do whatever the Hell they want with music! Either with six Miis or with other Tutes: Peter, Natalie, Bob, Pedro, J.J., and Suzie.

I know this next part sounds a little too dark, but when we were younger, me and my friends used to make "covers" of our Wii Music preformances, and put the Tutes in the fiery border of the heavy-metal-looking frame as if we were BURNING them. One or more of us thought they were creepy. Imagine how Sebastian felt about that!
