I've never heard of this game or movie, but I'm genuinely creeped out by this. In every nightmare i can remember, i remember a disfigured man (like this one) just staring at me through a hole in the wall throughout the whole dream...

It's not really a game or movie,But that's a pretty dark nightmare.Mr.Urfe is the protagonist of the band 'The Axis of Perdition's album of the same name, "Urfe'.

Was Urfe one of the filthy inhabitants of that world? or was he a man from another timeline?
Never did quite suss that out when listning to Urfe.

Mr Urfe was the protagonist from the story, he was a normal human, he was just very ill at some point during his journey he crossed over into the other world where all the weird and terrible things happend.
