Lol, this made my day. I'm glad I'm not only one who thinks it would be cool if there was at least similar-to-Fred character in the movie. I really loved him in the show. It was quite refreshing to see that not all meerkats are same and Timon isn't the only weird person in the colony. In general I wish that TLK 1 1/2 was more like "Once upon a Timon". I mean... if they got rid of all that surreality in the series and found a way to transform "Once" into the TLK movie, it would be sooo good. Not that I dislike 1 1/2, it is funny and nice film, but I like the show version of T and P origin more. There are such interesting and crazy characters in this series like Fred, Timon's mother in "Mombasa-in-Law" (lol, I wish Timon's mother in the movie was more like this meerkat), Duke, that dude who guarded front gate and chased Timon after the snake accident, Tatiana... I don't know, I just love this series.
