Personality: Quiet and detatched, rarely talks. Wispy and frail in her movements and appearance. Appears to be very frigid or even heartless because of how distant she is. She's seen as quite mysterious, as not much is known about her. She's always observing everything around her rather than participating. She finds people strange and can't connect to them.
Why they want to be in the Pageant: She's heard a lot about the pageant for years, and wants to see what it's like. She finds the whole thing to be rather curious.

I'm actually really happy with how this turned out ^u^
I recently sketched out this new Seedrian because I wanted a new Hydrangea seedrian. I had Kagami before with Hydrangeas, and I loved her <33 And I even got to Round 11 of the pageant with her! But I've been cleaning out my hundreds of characters the past year, and ended up giving her away But Hydrangeas are my favourite flowers sooo I had to make another Seedrian with them. I really like how her design turned out tbh. I wanted her to be kinda ghosty/wispy or whatever, not sure if I achieved that at all, buuuut oh well lmao, I still kinda kinda love her~
Since I've only just created her I'm also excited to have her be in the pageant and get the chance to draw and develop her a lot more <3
