Aww, thank you! It looks cute, and Toby even got ears - though, he's missing his fins XD But then again, they might be underwater? Speaking of which, the brush effect on the water looks neat. ;3 If you like this kind of effect, you can give ArtRage a try (at [link] , the Starter Edition is free) - it mimics a lot of art tools, so it might work out? :3 Another thing you can try is adding backgrounds - they can be drawn quite quickly, especially if you just go for a sky with clouds (which would be quite fitting for Toby) - a program with layers (such as Photoshop or Paint.NET) can help a lot, since you can draw characters first, and then add a layer behind it, and paint the sky. Anyhow, those are just little things that you can give shot if you like - you're making great progress, keep it up!
