She had wondered why all her classmates were giggling and whispering that day? And even more strange why all the girls had chosen to wear shorts and pants that day?
It was only after the entire Senior class was ushered out to the field and onboard the waiting DC-3 that she realized to her horror that it must be the day of their annual parachute certification exam! Oh God! Why hadn't she written it down?
In hindsight it turned out to be one of the most embarrassing days of her life! Especially as all her fellow classmates especially the boys were extremely fast that day exiting the aircraft and for some strange reason her parachute had an extra knot in the straps that made her the last one to exit the aircraft!
And why did so many have cellphones that day? They usually left them behind when jumping? And now they all seemed to be pointing at her? Somebody was definitely going to die!
