Here is a concept of a gym leader inspired by Gyarados! Dori, a headstrong and confident water type user is a force to be reckoned with. She is nice to her challengers but does push them to go beyond their limits. If she has the idea you are slacking off, she will not let you leave until you beat someone in her gym. She even has special rooms for guests that aren't leaving. So be certain you can actually take her when you face her, aight?(Yes she straight up forces people to train at her gym if you can't beat her)
