This is Delta King, a revived big bad from the comics I used to draw as a teen/twen.
He was and now once again will be the most powerful bad guy on my roster, the extinction level evil-doer of the BC Universe.
The cosmic king of chaos, he's using a corrupted version of the same cosmic powers that made the heroes of his story pretty much demigods.
His armor is actually made of sentient alien metal. He can shape-shift into all kinds of melee weapons at will.
Not to mention fire death rays from his eyes and hands.

BACKSTORY
Delta King's true name has long been forgotten by most and those who do remember it, probably can't pronounce it anyway.
His true form is that of a shapeless manifestation of evil energy, a nebular being relying on a host body to take full physical appearance.
There have been more than one Delta King over the course of time. Whenever the host dies in battle, the true evil spirit controlling it goes searching for a new and stronger one.
How many Delta Kings have actually suffered such a fate is not common knowledge, but it has to be few and far between.
The most impressive track record against this deity is currently held by a team of superheroes from a parallel Earth, the Omni Fighters.
This group managed to defeat not one but two if its hosts, seemingly even destroying the deity's true form on one occasion.
However, Delta King would resurface years later, wielding an intensified and corrupted version of the Fighters' own cosmic powers on their highest level.
While the heroes were humans turning into demigods during battle, Delta King, the cosmic king of chaos, still outmatched them.
In his current form he actually defeated the Omni Fighters and even destroyed their entire planet.
Seemingly invincible, he would then run into a roadblock of his own, a time travelling heroine called Vigil.
Unable to save the Omni Fighters or their world, Vigil still managed to seal Delta King away to prevent him from coming to our world.

However, the infamous Omega Event robbed Vigil of most of her powers and she hasn't fully recovered since.
By now, Delta King knows. And he can't wait to see what the world, the galactic princess so desperately protected, is like.
