Description
For those, who enjoy it, here is another entry for the championship almanac. This time the PFA Intercontinental Championship.
Unfortunately I don't have any more of those awesome title renderings, so I have to use this borrowed snapshot.
Originally I imagined this title to have a green strap for some reason ... so let's say this is the new design.
The PFA Intercontinental Title is the youngest of PFA's three secondary championships, but it might be the most versatile.
While the United States Championship ( usually ) only being contested among those, who have been born on American soil and the European Championship being for Europeans, this title has an internationally-open contention.
That makes it highly competitive and thus it is usually PFA's most desirable championship for those, who haven't established themselves in the main event scene yet.
Behind the scenes, the title was originally suggested by LuFisto, who ended up becoming its first holder in 2011.
Ivy Kerr is the current champion in her 1st reign.
But who are the ones that came before her?
Find out in the list below and have fun catching up on PFA's rich history
PS: The countries mentioned after the names of the champions are the respective title holder's home country, FYI.
