I can start off good by saying this deviant's thumbnail caught my eye out of several art updates I went through, and I'm certainly glad I took the time to check this piece out. I really do like your color choices and use of paint splats, the gradient on the text also looks very smooth and professional. The texture is a nice addition as well, it adds a better "feel" to the picture, I also like how the clock fades away, it's a nice touch indeed. However, while I do like the visuals, I don't feel like it screams originally, as if I've seen it before. This is an unfortunate characteristic considering the piece was made for a contest, as in a contest, you want to offer something unique to catch the eye of your viewers. Overall, while I don't think this is the most incredibly original piece, you did very well working with the requirements and made a deviant that's not only fun to look at, but professional too. Good work!
