Description
The inspiration for this project actually comes from a silly place. If you know the game Total War: Medieval 2, then you know you can hire assassins. Years ago during my plays as England, I hired an assassin named Beckett who I sent on many missions abroad that he completed flawlessly, achieving the max assassin rank of 10 during his career. Unlike the rest, he was never killed or failed in his duties to the crown. I grew emotionally attached to him to the point I even mourned his death of natural causes at the very ripe age of 262(!). This art depicts the master assassin's beloved shadows welcoming him home.
