This is from a Hallowen sleeve in progress. This piece was done on a client who drives up to Atlanta from Florida regularly to get his sleeve done by Brandon Bond. This piece is BRIGHT! Incredibly bright, in fact this picture doesn't do it justice at all. This piece has NO LINES AT ALL. In fact Brandon rarely even sets up a liner anymore and works exclusively with shaders. Hell ya! I really think the best tattoos, the ones that look contemporary and stand out from the rest are those done by artists who've abandoned the old mentality of "this is my liner and this is my shader". I'd like to do stuff like that too, but my manager said I'd get fired if he caught me working without a liner. lol
