I like the concept, but I would have liked to have seen the more of the leaf in focus. Really it's not the back that's bothering me but the left section of the front. That and a wider background, but that's more personal preference, I enjoy the extra space.

50mm lens had to keep it at f/1.8 because I'm in a Dark room.I wanted to do f/10 but it was too Dark. So the focus is a little too close.

I hear ya, there's always the limitations the equipment puts on you. Did you consider using a small string to hold the leaf up so you wouldn't be as limited by shutterspeed? The blurry background would make it very easy to clonestamp the string out if attached to the back of the leaf.
