ok also I did Grimm on Ascended first shot cause he basically does the same damage as NKG

yep cause that is annoying I got hit by that a lot though I do have a strategy somewhat formed.
what helped me the most was healing in between the fourth fire pillar and dashing through the fire bats to get 3 hits if lucky.
also this might be off topic but white palace was a pain to get through

I recently did Path of Pain... belive me when I say that White Palace seems almost too easy to get through after that.
