This is simply beautiful. I love the color tones, and how the fabric looks very ethereal, and the lighting from the moon really hits all the correct spots. Its like shes beckoning you forward- but the lightning in the background foreshadows the danger she represents.

Well, the moon here is really the odd one out because we've seen the very pic of the moon so many times that this detail is overused in many-many other works. Also, I think that the lighting bolt just above the head is not good. It should be somewhere aside. Though the lighting bolts itself are just extra details here.
However, you've managed to image the Spirit waves correctly. It's quite a big advantage of the pic. It would be nice to see more truly WoT world details.
