Ha, a red dress would be pretty striking--but it would detract from the watery nature of the Queen of Cups, heh.

I can see that, but I opted to divvy the world up into 4 areas for the minor arcana, each one representing a suit, and China/Asia got water, hence it's blue--though other cards might have some red (the Queen of Cups is the "watery water card," though, so only blue for her!). 

If you're curious, here's how the minor arcana suits work out in my design:

The New World (Americas, Australia): Wands/fire/red
The Old Country (Europe, Russia): Swords/Air/white
The Orient (most of Asia): Cups/Water/Blue
The Dark Continent (Africa, Middle East): Pentacles/Earth/Green
