Nassau 4246
You panic, his entrance surprising you to the point where your first thought is to jump into the water - Clearly the best place to hide.
Requirements: Draw your Reosean leaping into the water and hiding there.
Nassau kept his ears and nose open. Eyes? Not so much. The sands were as blinding as the sun and his poor eyes just couldn't handle it. However, he opened them for a brief moment and stopped trotting around in the shallows of the water. He lowered his head and lapped up a couple more mouthfuls of the water, but that was when he noticed it began to look rather... pink? Yes, pink. For a minute, the Vayron thought maybe he was hallucinating and this wasn't an oasis at all. A mirage, and this wasn't water he was lapping at, no matter how much it felt like it. It was hot out here, after all...
Before he knew it, however, a great creature rose up from the depths and into the sky. Nassau didn't stop or care to look. He let out a startled, unexpected yip and dove into the water, thinking it would make for decent cover. It was a quick, split second decision, and this is what came to mind first. He didn't plan on getting this wet, but was he complaining? Not really. At least it was cool down here.
He waded there, beneath the surface, holding his breath and trying to let out as few bubbles as possible. Did this Tyrian just launch itself after him? As far as he was concerned, that's what it was. He was hunted! Maybe it would be gone by the time he needed a breath of air.
HAH
This is fun.
I was feeling pretty bad about my art yesterday and decided to take initiative and help myself like my art again. So I kind of experimented here? I wasn't liking my anatomy or style, so I'm trying to change that.
Instead of taking this sketch into Paint.NET to line it, I decided to try my hand at free lining! I've only done it a few times, but not like this. A pain on my wrist and really hard when you're limited to brush settings. I should probably find a good line brush for PSE. Thinking about looking into SAI this year, as well. I want to get into free lining and just ditch PDN completely. The line tool kind of limits me and I don't like it anymore.
So uh, yea. There ya' have it! Another prompt finished for ROTSD!
