Well I'm holding true to this poll.A while back you guys wanted my next Anime/Misc. Media crossover series to be Fairy Tail/Les Miserables.
And like I said in a recent status update, I will be making this series at a different angle. So in this scene Erza plays as the young Cosette working as basically a child slave for the Thenardier Family. In future drawings, Erza may or may not be casted as Cosette.
So on topic, I chose Erza in this specific drawing becuase her childhood was harsh and brutal similar to Cosette, so I hope you guys like this..

it's the context of the musical.
this scene took place in the 1820s or 1830s I think, so child labor laws were probably just a crazy idea at the time.

There’s a lot of good contenders and bad contenders. Kira and I just got through watching the 2nd Fairy Tail movie and it put me to tears on how epic it was.
