Alright, groove metal was the winner, and you can see the results on the previous page. Also, I took the time to make a playlist of my Top 100 songs and artists, so you can go have a listen to that (it's better on shuffle).
Now, another question for you guys: is there a genre or sub-genre of music you'd like to see as a title for a comic? Answer in the comments.
Oh, also some free publicity for Whip's new comic, Feeling Watched . It just started, but from the looks of it, it might be good, so go check that out.

I've done air guitar (or at least, air Guitar Hero) on a number of different songs before, and I've actually been caught in the act a few times.
I hope I'm not embarrassing myself when I say that I only know one song by 10,000 Maniacs, and it's only a cover of someone else's song.
