Apparently he lives less than an hour away from me. One of my friends used to live near him, and she'd see him riding his bike all the time.

That's so scary! I don't think I could handle knowing exactly who a sex offender was and seeing them all the time. Poor thing.
It's not exactly his face, it's just that coupled with the criminal thing. It's so bad to be saying all this when he's clearly disabled, but... I dunno, that's just my guilt, I guess. XD

He used to be physically, but I think he's better because my friend used to see him riding his bike (a regular bike). Unless maybe he's mentally disabled.

Could be; I haven't really looked too much into his case. I didn't get how, if he was physically disabled, he could sexually assault someone, until you said the bike thing. I guess he got better. Damn. That's not good.
