the orcs,who are they? Garona and thrall? I don't think Thrall's married or is he Garona's husband.And who is that blue haired guy in the panel beside the orcs's?

Aggra is Thrall's wife. Their child was born after Deathwing's defeat at the end of the Cataclysm, at the beginning of the Age of Mortals (time after the Dragon Aspects relinquished most of the power granted to them by the Titans).
The panel next to them (blue-haired guy) I believe depicts Kalecgos, the successor to the former Dragon Aspect of Magic, Malygos, being present for the purification of the Sunwell. The floating figure being Anveena Teague, the physical embodiment of the Sunwell's remaining energies. The Sunwell had been corrupted long ago by Arthas Menethil (The second Lich King) when he used it to resurrect the lich Kel'thuzad, and was almost used by the blood elf leader Kael'thas Sunstrider to open a portal large enough to summon Kil'jaeden, Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion. Kael'thas' plans were thwarted, and Anveena Teague returned the energies held within her to the Sunwell, which was then purified by the Prophet Velen using a spark of the Naaru known as M'uru.

I'd be more surprised if you DID recognize that person; that'll be Anveena, who was the avatar of the Sunwell in between the time the Scourge took Quel'Thalas and the Isle of Quel'Danas missions.Β She was eventually subsumed back into the new Sunwell, though whether against her will or not is debatable.

Ah! I attribute my lack of memory for Anveena due to Blizzard's current Jaina/Kalecgos relationship - her story really is a great one in WoW lore.
