Okay, as incredibly awesome as that is, and it IS incredibly awesome, I can't stop looking at the hilt of Excalibur and thinking "That looks incredibly unwieldy, even with both hands. The grip is far too thick, the crossguard overly elaborate, the blade has an interesting design, but the whole thing still looks like it'd be way too heavy for this guy to hold, let alone use in battle." Don't get me wrong, I am an absolute fanatic for Arthurian mythology and literature and I automatically consider this to be beautiful because of that. It's just that now I've seen it, I can't unsee it, so I can't look at it without feeling like something's wrong.

Love this! Wish you could get your covers on American versions! I already have a couple of versions, but I'd buy this for the cover!

This reminds me of an old picture-book version of King Arthur's story that I used to read when I was a little kid. It wasn't as fancy, certainly, but the illustrations had the same wondrous air of fantasy. Great work!
